Anima Account Update: If you were previously registered at a practice that used Anima, you may need to update your account details.
Anima accounts stay linked to the GP practice you first registered with and do not update automatically when you change surgeries. You’ll need to update this yourself.
How to update your GP practice in Anima
- Log in to your Anima account and open Settings.
- Select “I’ve changed my GP practice.”
- Scroll to the GP practice section, search for your current registered practice, and select it.
- Save your changes.
Your Anima requests will then go to the correct GP. If you need further support, please contact us.
