Disabled Access
The practice has a parking space for the disabled in the carpark.

There is unfortunately no stairlift at HEMC, however all consulting rooms are on the ground floor.

As the premises is a converted house, not all rooms are wheelchair accessible – please mention at the time of
booking if you are a wheelchair user.

Accessible Information
We want to get better at communicating with our patients. We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you. If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.

We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read. We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate. We want to know if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.

There is easy access for the disabled to the practice from the practice’s car park, with consulting rooms and toilets on the ground floor.

There is a lift to the first floor.

We also have Disabled Parking spaces close to the Entrance.
